Returns & Exchange Policies
The cooling off period & cancellations
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days of the date you received it and we will issue an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item (see our refunds and exchanges policies underneath). This applies to all of our products except for mouth jewellery, made to order and commissioned jewellery items.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. If items are returned after this time we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to it being in pristine condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective, has been damaged in transit, or is not the one you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred in returning the item to us.
Pre-Order items are non refundable. Dispatch times may vary, items may be delayed due to samples not being approved first time round.
Items returned during the 7 day cooling off period must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as received. On receipt of the items received in original condition we will inspect the returned item for signs of tampering or wear and tear before issuing a refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and securely wrapped. If you received the item by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery you must return the item by that method, if you received the item by Royal Mail Special Delivery you must return the item by that method. Return postage charges incurred in returning an unwanted item are non-refundable. Return postage charges incurred in returning
an incorrect or faulty item will be refunded in full, the refund will be limited to the postage charges only.
Please allow up to 14 working days after receipt for all refunds and exchanges to be processed.

All orders are sent out within 1-3 working days (made to order items can take up to 5 working days to be shipped) using royal mails 1st Class signed for service, special delivery service (UK) & signed n tracked airmail for international orders. Your order can take 1 - 3 working days to arrive to you (UK) 2 - 9 days (EU) 3 - 12 days (Rest of the world).
